Touchlunch.com is a part of Touch and Lunch franchise, which is represented by companies operating on local markets on the base of franchise agreement with all rights to use, represent and take responsibility of actions for “Touch and Lunch” brand on particular territory. “Touch and Lunch” brand is represented by Chef of the Seas d.o.o in Croatian Republic.
Touchlunch.com Online Shop is intended to be used for the purposes of ordering goods and merchandise for private needs only according to the following Terms and Conditions. Next actions are considered as acceptance of following Terms and Conditions:

- Order placement without registration with Touchlunch.com Online Shop
- Order placement by means of Touch and Lunch contact phone line
Person eligible to register at TouchIunch.com Online Shop should be 18 years of age or older and fully responsible for accuracy and completeness of information provided during registration.
Information submitted to Touchlunch.com Online Shop will be used exclusively in terms of local personal information protection laws and only for purposes of processing customer orders and providing actual information about company. Information will not be transferred to any third party except the cases required by local laws.
Ordering processing Terms
Present terms and conditions define the procedure of placing order, payment, order delivery, claim and return of products and services offered by Touchlunch.com Online Shop.
Touchlunch.com Online Shop provides the opportunity of online ordering sets of provisions and common goods available in Touch and Lunch shop. Any customer of eligible age can order at least one product via placing purchase order through web site touchlunch.com and providing information about delivery and payment conditions. Order information and status can be checked via online shop. All listed prices and payments should be done in local currency (HRK for Croatia) and include all necessary taxes.
All orders should be completed 48 hours prior to delivery date and time. According to common boat charter practice Saturday is major delivery day and all orders for Saturdays should be completed before 21.00 of Thursday of the same week (example: if delivery should be on board at 15.00 Saturday, 18th of July, 2015 order should be completed before 21.00, Thursday 16th of July 2015). Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
Products are ordered via automatic ordering system which is calculating average list of product according to number of days and people on board or by direct selection from the goods catalogue. Order is considered to be completed after finishing the Ordering process and providing payment and delivery details. Customer gets order confirmation with unique order number via e-mail and/or SMS. While order is confirmed customer is obliged to make payment by selected way (see Payment section of present Terms and Conditions) Touch and Lunch Shop is obligated to deliver ordered products to provided address as well as provide opportunity to process payment by the way selected by customer. If by any reason order could not be completed in time Touch and Lunch will contact customer prior the delivery time and give opportunity to change of cancel order.
Total cost of order could insignificantly vary due to total weight of weighted whole product (example: in case of ordering one kilogram of tomatoes the appropriate amount of whole tomatoes will be delivered but the weight may vary from 0.900 kilo to 1.100 kilo and total cost of package will be counted according to actual weight)
Delivery times can be selected by ordering system and may vary according to places of delivery. Each product is packaged according to local sanitary norms to avoid damages and spoilage due to transportation. All deliveries are done by appropriate vehicles. The customer is required to check expiration dates of products at time of delivery and immediately inform the delivery personnel about any inconsistency. Customer has right to refuse to receive specific items in case of date of usage of these specific product is expired or package damaged. All deliveries is free of charge if order cost exceeds 1500 HRK. Delivery cost is 300HRK for all orders below 1500HRK.
Terms of payment
The customer is obligated to pay for the ordered products by method selected during ordering process. Touch and Lunch provide three major methods of payment: cash in local currency paid to Touch and Lunch personnel on delivery, bank card processing via POS terminal on delivery and on-line payment via virtual POS terminal while completing ordering process. All payments should be done in local currency according to appropriate law.
Returns and reclamations
In case of merchandise return the customer is obligated to send a justified reclamation to Touch and Lunch by e-mail, phone or a written format in local or English language. Any and all cancellations must be received at least 12 hours prior to agreed time of delivery but with no refund of advanced payment.
Customer has a right to merchandise return in the following cases:
- shipment of merchandise which was not ordered
- shipment of merchandise whose shelf life has expired
- shipment of merchandise which has a defect or was damaged due to transportation
Customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods for possible damages upon receiving. As well customer should check quantities and presence of all products upon delivery. No any reclamations are accepted after the delivery. All reclamations upon delivery should be done in written form and contain customer personal data and signature. All products unable to be delivered by any reason by Touch and Lunch will be excluded from delivery and cost of such product will be reimbursed to customer.
Personal information protection
All personal information provided to Touch and Lunch company is considered as protected according to local laws and will not be transferred to any third parties excluding cases, required such transfer by local laws. All on-site payments are processed by service provider, protection of information is under their responsibility
